• shoulder pads (returned at the end of the season) Lost Shoulder Pads $200 Fee
• helmet (returned at the end of the season) Lost Helmet $300 Fee
• Socks 
• 1 Mouth Piece

Cheer ($250) Includes:

• Cheer uniform rental (returned at the end of the season)
• Crop top
• Briefs
• Bow
• Socks
• Pom-Poms (returned at the end of the season)

**PARENT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHEER SHOES, AND PERSONAL WATER BOTTLE**

**A $35 late registration fee will apply to balance not paid in full by 8/1/2022.**
